Coaching is a fantastic way to get involved and make a difference in the lives of our local youth with a passion for the game!

  • Skill Fundamentals:
Emphasizing core skills like skating, passing, and shooting provides a strong foundation for all players.
    •  Work Ethic & Discipline:
    • Coaches should reward hard work, hold players accountable, and instill values of fair play.
    •  Respect:
    • Teach and model respect for teammates, opponents, officials, and the game itself.
    •  Teamwork:
    • Foster a sense of unity and that the team comes before individual interests.
    •  Emotional Management:
  • Help players and parents maintain perspective, focusing on the effort and enjoyment rather than just wins and losses.

We are in need of coaches and trainers for both House League and Select Hockey that are willing to do the required training and certifications as required by Alliance and the OHF.

Henrique Montour Foundation - Take A Shot Hockey Sponsor
We have been so privileged to have the opportunity to pursue our dreams as athletes, and we believe it is our time to give back to a community that paved way for our success. Brant and Six Nations is a place that we call home, a place where we put our skates on for the first time and a place that we will forever be grateful for the memories we’ve created. We are grateful for the opportunities provided to us as young athletes, however, that is not the case for many families and children eager to be apart of a team. We created the Henrique Montour Foundation as an opportunity to give back to a community that has given us so much.
