Clean Air By Law

Please be aware of the City of Brantfords new by-law.
Smoking of tobacco or cannabis, or vaping of any substance is prohibited on municipally owned property in Brantford.

This means no smoking or vaping is permitted at:
City owned administrative buildings, including parking lots.
City-owned golf courses
City-owned recreational centres
City-owned sports facilities
Parks and Sidewalks on City building property or within a public park and trails. 

A ticket and fine will be issued to those who do not follow the law with a maximum fine of $5,000.
