There will also be copies of the Acknowledgement Form at our Parent Information Session tomorrow night for you to sign, if you are attending.  As teams are assigned, your child's coach will also provide you with a copy of the acknowledgement form. These will need to be signed off on and returned to the coaches by October 5,19.  The form must be completed for each individual child in the organization.  This MUST be completed  otherwise  Alliance will not issue our team Rosters.  We appreciate your attention to this detail!
