ALL PLAYERS, PARENTS, AND TEAM STAFF MUST FILL OUT THE FOLLOWING COVID-19 TRACING LINK BEFORE ENTERING THE ARENA FOR ALL PRACTICES AND GAMES.

WE NEED 100% COMPLIANCE OR RISK LOOSING OUR ICE PRIVELEDGES WITHIN THE CITY OF BRANTFORD.
YOU MUST SUBMIT THIS SCREENING BEFORE EVERY PRACTICE OR GAME TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE ARENA.
IT CAN BE DONE UP TO 8 HOURS BEFORE EACH ICE TIME.
Arena Expectations
- All participants should come dressed in their hockey equipment minus skates and helmets and gloves.
- All participants, bench staff and Spectators must complete a Health screening questionnaire before EACH ice time, game or practice. These can be completed up to 8 hours before each ice. If this is not completed, you will not be allowed in the arena.
- Arena doors will be locked going forward. Entrance to arena for an ice time is 10 minutes before the scheduled ice time. (15 minutes for goalies). All players, coaches and spectators must enter as a group.
- Entrance and exit doors are identified at each arena with signage inside that must be followed.
- If someone leaves the arena during the ice time, they will not be permitted back into the arena.
- All spectators are required to sit in designated areas and follow social distancing rules.
- Participants must be masked upon entering the building and the mask can only come off when the helmet is put on just before going on the ice.
- Only one Parent/Guardian/Chaperone per participant is permitted in the arena. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. Any player/family breaking City Bylaw's will be suspended at the discretion of the BCHL Executive and suspensions will increase with each offence.
- All Spectators must always wear a mask while in the building. NO EXCEPTIONS
- No dressing rooms are open at this time (with the exception of goalies). Designated chairs are used for putting skates and helmets on.
- The Parent/Guardian is permitted to assist with tying skates and then must go to the designated seating arena - there can be no gathering in the arena lobby.
Please remember the Arena Staff is there is ensure the safety of our members and that BCHL teams are following the rules. Any abuse of Staff or Volunteers may result in the offender being asked to leave, being denied future access to the arena, and puts BCHL at risk of loosing all ice time within the City of Brantford.
